The very successful Vilapark Klamovka project has started handing over apartments to our clients since 15th April.

The construction of the project started in the first quarter of 2022. In February, we successfully completed the shell & core of the Vilapark Klamovka residential project in Prague 5. Currently, the site is busy with installation of windows, assembly of the façade jacketing and roof insulation. Intensive interior works continue as well, i.e. core services, plastering and subfloors.

The Malešický háj residential project successfully acquired a use permit.  

 

This project being developed in Malešice, Prague 10, offers only 107 residential units in five buildings, while its biggest advantage is the close proximity to the Malešice wood.

For the fifth time, at the end of the year, we organised among our employees a charity fundraiser for the non-profit organisation called Cesta domů. 

 

This year, Metrostav Development tripled the amount collected from among our employees, and thanks to that we were able to hand Cesta domů a symbolic check for the incredible CZK 394 500. The amount raised will this time be used for children’s palliative care improvement.

The Byty u parku Na Vackově Project in Prague 3 has successfully acquired a use permit for the buildings E, M, and R. 

 

11 new buildings with 272 apartments and diverse architecture are located in the upper part of Žižkov and continue the previous stages of the Na Vackově Residential Park. 

 

The Prague architectural studio Architecture Interior Project is behind the design of the Byty u parku Project.
