We have launched sale of the brand new project entitled Malešický háj located in Prahy 10 – Malešice.  

 

The project offers only 107 residential units in five buildings and its biggest advantage is that it closely neighbours with Malešický greenwood.  

 

The Loxia architectonic studio is behind the design of this project.

The total of 75% of the Byty u parku Na Vackově Project, where there are 272 apartments and two studios being built in 11 new buildings, are already sold out.

Already four of the five buildings of the Byty Na Vackově Porject, which is a part of the Na Vackově Residential Park, have received use permit, specifically buildings A1, A2, A3, and A4.  

First apartment owners are already moving to the completed buildings A1 and A2. The area, which is located in the vicinity of the Židovské pece park thus comes alive with new inhabitants.

Our project of Byty Na Vackově in the calm area of Žižkov in Prague 3 is announced to be fully sold out. All apartments have been sold prior to construction works completion, and despite this year’s complications related to various sorts of limitations, development continues according to the schedule set.

As it has already become habitual with us, this year we decided to support again the Cesta domů (Way Home) non-profit organisation, which will use our donation to acquire a Škoda Fabia passenger car for its medical personnel when travelling to see the patients.

 

A rather nice amount was collected in amongst the employees, which our company matched by an equal amount. Thanks to this attitude and action, we were able to give the Way Home today a symbolic cheque for the amazing sum of CZK 137 202.

Within the frame of the Na Vackově Apartments Project in the upper part of Žižkov there are 347 apartments, studios, and non-residential premises coming alive. Currently, more than 90% of this project are sold out.

 

Construction development of the five apartment houses progresses at a fast rate.

Our new residential project, Apartments at the Na Vackově Park, is already open for sale.

 

The Project is located at Prague 3 – Žižkov, and it is following the construction development already completed linked.

 

The total of 11 buildings will be erected within the frame of the Project, which will offer 272 apartments, ranging from one-roomed + open-plan kitchen to five-roomed plus open plan kitchen apartments, and 2 studios.

 

The residential area is adjacent to the the Židovské pece Park. 

 

Project design for this construction development comes from the workshop of the Architecture Interior Project architectonic studio based in Prague.

The Na Vackově Apartments Project, which is a part of the Na Vackově Residential Park in a quiet part of Žižkov in Prague 3, is currently more than 80% sold out.

Based on the unprecedented interest on the part of out employees, we decided to organise yet again a voluntary beneficial collection and just like last year we supported the non-profit organisation of The Way Home (Cesta domů).

Specifically, employees were contributing this year to the equipment of the relief services accommodation section and Metrostav Development donated the same amount that was collected directly from the employees.

Thus, we were pleased to hand over to the representative of the non-profit organisation of Cesta domů a symbolic cheque for the amazing CZK 169 600.
